Tasting Notes

For lovers of Cabernet Franc, this new vintage showcases the
finest varietal characteristics of this Bordeaux varietal. Several
swirls in the glass reveal hints of allspice, nutmeg, cocoa,
and floral notes. The aromatic elegance is only amplified
on the palate where sweet characters of tobacco, cranberry,
dried cherry mingle together harmoniously. The balance and
texture in the wine completes the experience and leaves you
wanting for more. It is a beautiful wine now but will reward
those patient enough to cellar it for 8-10 years.
