Crafted in honor of a half-century of dedication to the art of winemaking, our 50th Anniversary Blanc de Blancs stands as a true labor of love—a sparkling expression of time, patience, and precision. Made from the 2018 vintage and produced in the traditional Méthode Champenoise, this wine spent seven years resting on its lees, evolving complexity and nuance worthy of celebration.

Delicate aromas of honeycrisp apple, citrus zest, and warm pastry crust leap from the glass. On the palate, layers of juicy orchard pear, freshly picked sweet apple, lemon curd, and brioche unfold in perfect harmony—both vibrant and refined, with a lingering finish that mirrors the elegance of its journey.
