Finding Sémillon fruit in Sonoma County is a rarity, so we were thrilled when we stumbled upon this beautiful Bordeaux varietal at one of our favorite vineyard sites. Sei Querce Vineyards is farmed biodynamically and organically which produces grapes with integrity, finesse, and balance. 

The 2025 Sei Querce Vineyard Sémillon shines with a radiant golden hue and an added layer of intrigue this vintage. Aromas of honeycomb, ripe apricot, and bright citrus are lifted by a touch of vanilla barrel spice. On the palate, a refined texture carries lively stone fruit flavors, supported by vibrant acidity. This year’s aging program brings something especially exciting to the glass, with the addition of concrete egg alongside French oak and stainless steel, offering a more graceful, elegant mouthfeel. The finish is seamless and lingering, inviting you to slow down and savor each sip around the table.
