Tasting Notes

This vintage of Cuvée Blanc is dedicated to Tony Romano, who was part of our Lambert Bridge family and Board of Directors for more than 30 years. His commitment, dedication, and support of Lambert Bridge combined with his tireless work ethic, mentorship, and sense of humor, helped to spur this special vintage. For that, we raise a glass in his honor to say “Thank you."

Crafted with 67% Sauvignon Blanc and 33% Sémillon, this balanced and enchanting wine captivates the palate from start to finish. Beautiful citrus aromas of orange and lemon are balanced by warm spice notes from the French oak barrel. Citrus notes continue on the palate, complemented by gentle tropical notes, a creamy texture, and playful structure that lends itself to a variety of social occasions. It’s complex, but refreshing with a present acidity and elegant finish.

Fermented in a combination of concrete egg, French oak, and stainless steel, this wine is the perfect combination of beautiful aromas, elegant texture, and layers of complexity. We’re sure Tony would be proud!
