This special blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon is a wonderful white wine to enjoy all-year round. Crafted to honor Winemaker, Jennifer Higgins’ favorite white Bordeaux blend, this balanced and enchanting wine captivates the palate from start to finish. With beautiful aromas of citrus, white pineapple, and light florals, the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon fruit complement each other brilliantly! On the palate, a creamy texture is balanced by refreshing acidity, while notes of lemon zest and mandarin orange dance on the tongue.

Fermented in a combination of concrete egg, French oak, and stainless steel, this wine is the perfect combination of beautiful aromas, elegant texture, and layers of complexity . We can’t wait for you to enjoy!
