Tasting Notes

At first glance, a beautiful ruby color captivates one’s attention. The 2021 Cabernet Franc reveals inviting aromatics of ripe fruits, bourbon cherry, anise, and a touch of clove. On the palate, elegant layers of red fruit, dried cranberry, and dark cherry unfold, complemented by a lively acidity that brings freshness and balance. Its present tannins, complex flavors, and beautiful balance make it a versatile companion for many occasions. While the 2021 vintage is delicious already, it will reward those who are patient enough to cellar it!
