Deeply ruby in color, the 2021 Limited Selection Malbec is invitingly aromatic. The grapes are grown in Knights Valley where well-draining volcanic soils and a lot of afternoon sun produce small berries with concentrated flavor and layers of complexity. A few swirls in the glass reveal beautiful black and blue fruit aromas with a touch of tobacco leaf. Fruit notes continue on the palate with notes of boysenberry, complemented by supple tannins and a velvety mouthfeel. Concentrated flavors, a vibrant acidity, and an elegant finish make this wine a food lover’s dream. Balanced and perfect to pair with your favorite rich, savory pasta dish!
