Tasting Notes

The 2019 Merlot is one of our favorite vintages to date. The growing season began with happy vines enjoying a cool, wet spring and finished with warm, summer days that allowed for ideal ripening in the vineyard. This wine resembles a beautiful, Oklahoma rose; soft, delicate, and fragrant. On the nose, warm spices fill the glass while hints of ripe pomegranate, dark candied cherry, red plum and raspberry jam round out the palate. This crowd pleaser Merlot has great structure and backbone making it a wonderful wine to pair with a variety of different cuisine. It is sure to impress!
