Tasting Notes

2019 was one of our favorite vintages to date for our Bordeaux varietals. For this year's Limited Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, we harvested fruit from three powerhouse vineyards across Sonoma County, allowing each site to contribute its best to create this luscious, complex, and delectable wine. At first swirl, it bursts with notes of black plum and boysenberry, followed by chocolate covered black cherries, all complemented by Jen's favorite French oak barrel - Marcel Cadet! We recommend decanting this wine for a few hours before enjoying, allowing those flavors and aromas to come alive just in time for you to pour your first glass.
