Tasting Notes

There are so many reasons to be excited about our 2019 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon! The fruit comes from premier hillside vineyards across three different appellations in Sonoma County - Brookshire Vineyard in Knights Valley, Jordan T-T in Alexander Valley, and our estate Gilfillan Vineyard in Moon Mountain District. Given the distinct sense of place each of these special properties brings to the blend, we decided to bottle this as a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon With aromas of freshly grated nutmeg, ripe Bing cherry, pomegranate, and hints of cedar, this wine reminds us of the holiday season. Beautiful acidity and plush tannins make it perfect to pair with delicious holiday roasts or fireside with family and friends. We hope you enjoy this outstanding new vintage!
