“The Crane Creek Cuvée is our signature blend. It epitomizes the quality and complexity that we strive for in every wine we make – bold aromatics, rich supple tannins and an elegant lingering finish all in perfect balance. This is the wine I take to share when I want to show our best.” – Jill Davis, Winemaker

Tasting Notes
This wine melds the plum, mulberry and spice notes of Merlot with the structure, dark fruit layers and long finish of Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is well balanced with a gorgeous, silky texture and firm acidity that will age beautifully for the next twelve years.

Vineyard Notes
Our 2010 Crane Creek Cuvée is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards attain optimal sun exposure with rolling hills reaching up to 1,100 feet in elevation. Rocky red soils create an exemplary draining system for the roots and the mature vines are resilient under varying weather conditions, which were prevalent during 2010. The qualities of our vineyards and our attention to detail in farming produced high quality fruit and our method of hand sorting to select only the most pristine berries heightened quality resulting in an elegant and complex wine.
