1 lb Dungeness crab meat 1 C Panko 1 Egg, beaten Dash Tabasco sauce 1 T minced shallot 1 T parsley 3 T mayonnaise ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 1 tsp mustard ¼ tsp paprika 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp old bay seasoning
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into cakes and fry in ½ inch of oil (peanut oil) until golden brown, over medium heat, about 4 minutes per side.
