This richly textured Zinfandel opens with huge quantities of ripe black and red cherries, cranberry, boysenberry, raspberry and sweet caramel and black licorice notes. Supple yet powerful tannins make this Zinfandel an instant gratifier. Not only is the wine delicious today but with ripe full tannins and an abundance of fruit, it has the structure to hold up to years of cellaring—if you have the restraint!

Bright fruit, great mouth feel and structure will allow this wine to pair with a wide variety of foods. A few recommendations are grilled pork tenderloin with a black cherry sauce, ratatouille or chocolate brownies.
