Our Crane Creek Cuvée is evocative of the famous, Merlot driven, “right bank” blends of Pomerol and St-Émilion and stylistically shares their opulence. This elegant, refined blend has a complex mouth feel with rich and supple tannins. Hints of black cherry, cedar and cassis give this rich wine a balanced impression on the palate.

Glamorous, giving in its youth, it gains facets of complexity and nuance with each year of age. We recommend serving this wine with Steak au Poivre, Gougère or Chocolate Soufflé with Cherry Sauce.
