Glamorous, giving in its youth, it gains facets of complexity and nuance with each year of age. We recommend serving this wine with Steak au Poivre, Gougère or Chocolate Soufflé with Cherry Sauce.

The impressive length of the finish gives this rich wine a balanced, luscious texture.

This wine displays lovely aromas of ripe berries, black cherry and sweet toasty oak. While appealing today for its delicious fruit, luscious round entry and perfectly balanced structure, this wine will easily continue to improve with age through the next decade.

Our Crane Creek Cuvée is a brilliant masterpiece of hand selected vineyard blocks yielding a refined, yet traditional right bank Bordeaux style blend. This wine is crafted every year as a limited production blend and made exclusively for our wine club members. Brimming with impressive aromas of blueberry, black plum and brown spice and finishing with plush, refined tannins. Licorice, chocolate and toffee mingle together to forge a wine of interest and longevity.
Wonderfully aromatic in its youth with layers of velvety tannins and structure to ensure optimum ageablility for years to come. This wine is precise, balanced and ultra rich and a great accompaniment to pan seared duck breast in a red wine reduction sauce, grilled filet mignon with blue cheese butter or a wedge of aged cheddar cheese drizzled with bing cherry compote.

For the 2007 vintage of our signature Crane Creek Cuvee we have carefully selected fruit from four distinct appellations to ensure that only the best of the best fruit is harvested for this blend. You are greeted first by aromas of vanilla, sweet tobacco and a multiplicity of dark red fruits. This wine is plush on the palate with mouth filling flavors of fresh raspberry jam and black cherry. Lively acidity and firm supple tannins lead into a long lingering finish.
This wine is notably age-worthy but can also be enjoyed tonight with a rib roast, chanterelle mushroom risotto and roasted cauliflower.
